If you would like to host a community screening (church, school, senior center, civic organization, or for a fundraiser), please get in touch. If you’d like your local theater to show PIEOWA, ask them to contact me or send me their contact info.

April 26 (2 PM) – Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Q&A with Beth. Pie will be served. FREE EVENT open to the public. Suggested goodwill donation to fund local youth programs.
May 2 (4:30 PM) – Des Moines Book Festival, Des Moines, Iowa. Q&A with Beth will take place before the film starts at 5. Free event.
May 9 (3 PM) – Epworth United Methodist Church, Des Moines, Iowa. Free event, open to the public.
May 9 (11 AM) – Figge Museum, John Deere Auditorium, Davenport, Iowa. Free event, open to the public. Pie reception hosted by Adam Peters for Iowa after the film.
May 14 (7:15 PM) – Riverview Theater, Minneapolis, Minnesota as part of A Peace of My Mind’s Creative Changemakers series. Come early to view John Noltner’s “I Am Human” portraits on the big screen. Noltner will moderate the Q&A with Beth. Pie will be served. Tickets now on sale.
May 30 (10AM) – Mendocino Film Festival, Mendocino, California. Q&A with film editor, Ryan Shake. Pie will be served.
May 30 (2 PM) – Bettendorf Public Library, Bettendorf, Iowa, Q&A with Beth. There will be pie! Free event.
June 5 and 6 – Aledo Rhubarb Festival, Aledo, Illinois (Details to come.)
June 20 (7 PM) – This American Pie: An Evening of Film, Storytelling, and Pie, Jered’s Pottery, Emeryville, California. With novelist Grant Faulkner and poet laureate Sarah Kobrinsky. Tickets $75. (Link to come.)
July 18 (TBA) – Corning Opera House, Corning, Iowa. Pie will be served.
July 22 (2 showings: 3:30 PM & 6:30 PM) – Plaza Theater, Marshalltown, Iowa. Special screenings for RAGBRAI (bike ride across Iowa) overnight stop. Tickets now on sale.
